The Planet Embryn
Embryn, the nearest celestial body to the fiery sun in the Aerie system, is an intensely scorching world. When observed from orbit, it presents itself as a swollen, ruddy-brown sphere veiled in a dense layer of clouds. These clouds unleash formidable winds and electrical discharges, shrouding the active volcanic surface.
Climate
Marked by rocky terrain and heightened volcanic activity, Embryn expels copious amounts of sulfur and carbon dioxide into its atmosphere. This volcanic outpouring instigates a greenhouse effect, maintaining consistently elevated temperatures. Planets within a star system’s hot zone may experience global temperatures exceeding 1500° C. The amalgamation of extreme temperatures and a sparse, toxic atmosphere categorizes Embryn as a Class A world, rendering it highly inhospitable to any form of life.
