At the Apothecary
Alaric works with Inas at the Apothecary their mother founded. His preparations draw on plants and his own practical observations.
A personal record
His journal contains his own notes and pencil studies. His leather satchel accompanies his work.
Still learning
Lightning Moss remains an experiment for him. Knowing that his mother spoke of it does not give him settled knowledge of its uses.
