A shared home
Walkways connect homes, shops, gathering places, and gardens. Local crafts draw on bamboo, stone, leather, and glass; metal arrives through trade.
Village life
The market’s central platform hosts public announcements and occasional special sales. Independent messengers carry notes and parcels for those who hire them.
Water and shelter
Residents use springs and frequent rainfall, with storage in communal cisterns and individual homes. Covered stretches of walkway offer shelter.
